Impact Crusher

Working Principle:

The power of the machine is transmitted by electric motor through the V-belts to drive the rotor to rotate in a fixed direction. Two groups of impact plates are hung on the upper crusher body, facing the rotor. The materials fall into the crushing chamber from the loading hopper. After being hit by the blow bars on the high-speed rotating rotor, the stones are thrown to the impact plate in the opposite direction, and bounce back from the impact plate to collide with the rotor and the materials thrown by the rotor. Therefore, the material is crushed by repeated impact in the crushing cavity between the rotor and the impact lining plate.
